You're a person of culture I see. This is totally up my alley.

This is pretty good, but I do have some suggestions.
It looks like the outlines of the dragon are a little blurry, so what I would suggest is giving it a stronger outline, perhaps with a brush that has a harder edge to it. You could also experiment with the shadows in the scales by giving them a sharper outline. I think the two things I suggested would help to build up contrast. (This is just a bonus, but if you use the sharpen mask over the outlines of your drawing, it makes them look very crisp.) Another thing is that the wing for the dragon kind of blends into his body, in a way that makes it look like it's partially translucent. I would recommend making the transition from the body to the wings more clear. One last thing I would suggest is making the overall picture a little longer by extending it to the right slightly, and showing off more of the dragon. I'm assuming that the dragon is the main subject of the piece, but I feel like I wish I could see just a little bit more of him.
Those are my 2 cents anyway. Overall though this is pretty good, and I hope my suggestions were helpful.
